I have an old schwinn frame and the bolts that came with the 49cc engine are either too short or extremely too long ..for the front down tube ... the length needs to be about 64mm or 2.5 inch {be nice if spooky T carried an assorted length socket head bolt set , Id buy it ! } anyone know a good place to get odd size metric bolts ?

I had a similar issue, I ended up buying 5" M6 studs, which are way too long, and after I had put the stud in the engine block and threaded some nuts down I found an appropriate length and used a hacksaw to cut the bolt down to size. I was going to use my bolt cutters but that makes it really difficult to get the nuts on/off.
