Over here in the UK its illegal to ride a mororised bicycle unless its insured, taxed, and road regestered so its not worth taking the risk as the lovely policeman has the right to seize the vehicle and dispose of it
So its private property only for my fun

I would gladly pay the small fees to be home again. At least you have representation for your taxes, something that seems to have gone out the window here in the u.s. The powers that be would have us believe that you have the right to do as you are told. I consider YOU lucky. Cheers...
