I must confess I did a "slow and go" at the intersection. However the opposing traffic was in its left turn phase and I was turning into the diamond lane not traffic. However I am technically in the wrong so that is all it takes. He wrote me up for running a red light. Said officer also told me that I am limited to 19 mph and that they will bust me at 20. Is that true?
