clearly one that hates bikes, wouldnt even let me state my case just ignored anything i had to say and ticketed me , lic-reg-inc and impounded my bike.. got it out the next day thankfully, even slowed down to a crawl and still said im doing 22mph, seems to be the magic number for a lot of the cops to use!! plan to beat it by proving that LIDAR guns are desined for reflective surfaces of a car and not humans(ie the shirt on my back that the laser bounced off) wish me luck!
