Watch out for the few cops who are ridiciously ticketing motorized bicyclists! Perhaps kill the engine and pedal past cops when you encounter them? Oh yea....watch out for cars...too many drivers have trouble sharing the road with bicyclists, motorized or not. Riding through the neighborhoods is so much better than the main streets...and safer.

I just got this email in my inbox. That storm-trooper motorcycle cop mother fucker M. Davis is gonna find himself in a lawsuit.

I received this email from a cutomer a couple of days ago. The incident occurred after the city and state laws went into effect.

I recently got a ticket, yesterday for going 21 mph on Glenn, no registration/insurance. The officer could not figure out whether to ticket be as a bicycle or moped. Now they want me to get a license and ride 20 mph down the middle of 22nd. And stay off bike paths. What action do you think I should take. I’m not sure what to do.

Thanks,

Gary

What is it with you people down in Tucson? Are all the cops there totally corrupt and mentally challenged? Whey would the police allow that cop to be so assinine. Shouldn't he be looking for criminals?

I got the same ticket on speedway for going 25mph. Its complete bullshit, and I'm going to court to fight it. The cop was a motorcycle cop named B.JARANO. The ticket from what I could tell on the papers he gave me was like going to be over $1000. I can't pay that. I built my bike over 8 months ago and I got the ticket a week after the law was passed. I just hope they don't make an example of me. Any info anyone has on fighting this kind of thing in court would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
Jared

Give Roland a call 520.882.8819, if you haven't already, and ask him about what to do. Ask him to give Fred's number too.

A fellow by the name of Fred Frohlich is handling all of our legal cases... for free. He has a magnificent plan to not only get every rider out of their ticket, but to bring down the transportation bureacracy at the same time. Turns out that you only need a driver license if you are in trade or commerce, according to Fred and numerous Supreme Court and Superior Court rulings. But!! Fred is the guy to talk to. His number is on our contacts page. He is glad to help you and probably even go into court with you. Please call me, Roland, personally whenever this happens to ANYONE! It was only because we knew about the problems, that we were ever able to solve them. We are a good support team and feel free to ask for our help.
