I saw a blog post where Spooky Tooth was working on a kit using a Robin Subaru EH035 engine. I am curious if this is ever likely to see the light of day or will it eternally be "vapor-ware"? If somebody on the inside knows anything about this I would appreciate the info. BTW I'm interested in this kit because Arizona's law limits a motor assisted bike engine to 48 cc or less. All of the current 4-stroke kits available are technically illegal here.
