headlamp that can be powered by motor? 1 year, 11 months ago #3926

I'm looking for a headlamp that can be powered (wired) to the motor (no battery) and not friction drive. I know there is a wire coming from the magneto that can power a 6 or 12 volt lamp?

Contact Lynne at custommotoredbicycles.com/ . She builds and sells motored bikes in Milwaukee, WI with direct wired light systems. She is very helpful to motored bike enthusiasts. She might just have the kit you need. Check out her bike parts page.

go to www.magtenlight.com this is not powered by the motor but by a frictionless magnet powered generator. I have one on my bike and I love it...no batteries...always on...and very bright...can drive down a completely unlit road with confidence...
