The idle speed seems a bit high on the 4-cycle Qurve I just got -- the clutch tries to engage at idle. It appears that the throttle on the carb is never really getting close to the idle speed screw. I checked and at the grip, where the cable enters, the chrome piece doesn't appear to be screwed into the grip, it just kind on relies on the tension of the cable to keep it in place -- is that correct -- there is an adjustment nut. Any pointers are appreciated.
