I'm an Idaho boy, with a bit too much time on his hands. I love old motors, old bikes, and fixing damn near anything under the sun.
Bought one of the spooky tooth 48 cc kits... I'm very impressed. Went together and ran. Put it on a 1938 Elgin bike, likely be respoking them, and putting new rims on there with the old skiptooth chain and sprocket.
Still working bugs out of this thing, so until it's ready, going to be holding the wires with zipties, I'll make things a bit neater when I've got the new paint job on it, and a few of the secondary modifications I want to finish up.
It rides beautifully for a 70 year old bike. (retired the original front axle, museum peice, still running the old Model D New Departure hub.
I am *very* happy with it. I will be picking up another motor ASAP, and likely building up another old bike.
