Is it safe to ride these bikes in the rain, or will it mess with the wires and whatnot?

I ride my electrics in the rain. In fact, it rains enough around here that no electric is sold that can't run in the rain.

Water proof the electric with little things like Clear Silicone and plastic bags. If you get fancy, some things, you can put in a plexiglass case. Be creative.
