Continental U.S.A. Shipping Information for Gas Powered Motorized Bicycles
We ship all of our gas powered motorized bicycle orders through FedEx Ground, unless requested to do so otherwise. The shipping price varies depending on the postal code. Send us an email through our contact us page to find out the exact shipping price to your postal code. For our fully assembled gas powered motorized bicycles, the order will be shipped in two separate boxes. The larger box will include most of the motorized bicycle with the handlebar and neck stem securely fastened to the top tube of the frame. The smaller box will include the front wheel, seat and seat post, gas tank and gas tank hardware, pedals, reflectors, and any additional accessories. If an order includes a lot of additional accessories the shipping price may increase slightly. We ship our fully assembled gas bikes broken down a little bit to ensure the best shipping price, and in turn, so that alternative transportation can be affordable for everyone. Contact us if you need any assistance.
Continental U.S.A. Shipping Information for Electric Powered Motorized Bicycles
We ship our electric bicycles through FedEx Ground and/or UPS Ground, unless requested to do so otherwise. The shipping price varies depending on the postal code. Send us an email through our contact us page to find out the exact shipping price to your postal code. An electric bicycle order will arrive partially assembled. In most cases partially assembled means that the handlebar, neck stem, front wheel, pedals, seat, seat post, and battery packs will need to be attached. The battery packs will usually need to be charged for several hours before riding. Contact us if you need any assistance.

International Shipping
Sorry, we do not ship our motorized bicycles internationally at this time. For a shipping price quote on parts and/or engine kit(s) send us an email through our contact us page.
Returns
Please contact us directly before shipping any goods back to us for return and/or refund. We have a 15% restocking fee on all returned orders. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned items unless covered under warranty. We will not accept any used items for return or refund unless it is a manufactures' defect or you have spoken with us directly.
We do not accept any returns on our gas powered motorized bicycles or bicycle engine kits once the engine has been fired because we cannot judge the amount of wear that has been put onto the motor. If you wish to sell your motorized bicycle or engine kit, try posting an ad on Craigslist.
It is the buyers responsibility to judge their own mechanical aptitude before purchasing a bicycle engine kit, a D.I.Y. motorized bicycle kit, or a fully assembled motorized bicycle. We will not accept returns on engine kit(s), D.I.Y. kits, and/or fully assembled motorized bicycles just because the buyer is unable to perform the installation or follow proper maintenance procedures. Instructions and service manuals are available on our website and we are just a phone call away should you need any help.
